Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me and K-0. I'm Diego Berendzen, 12 years old, live in Austin and for the past 7 years have been selling protein bites at farmers markets and other events in town. I first started exploring different recipes with my mom as an extra snack to take to school. Since I'm gluten free and our school is nut free, and I have friends that are vegan, I wanted to use ingredients we could all enjoy. Someday I hope to have my product in stores.  Since  July 1st me and my family have been living in Panamá.
